Yummmmmmmmm! Ooey, gooey, creamy wine sauce over cheese ravioli. This is comfort food at it’s finest!
What You Need:
1 pound cheese ravioli
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 Tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vermouth
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
What You Do With the Stuff:
- Prepare ravioli according to package instructions.
- Combine butter and flour in a heavy bottomed pan. Cook until thick.
- Add salt and milk. Continue to stir and cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Add cheese and vermouth. Stir until bubbly.
- Serve over ravioli.
