Mediterranean Tilapia #Recipe

Anyone who knows me, also knows that I am an avid baker.  When it comes to cooking, I prefer to rely on a recipe rather than winging it though.  This tilapia though, was something I threw together from a bunch of things in the pantry, and I must admit, it is a definite keeper!

Mediterranean Tilapia

Mediterranean Tilapia

What You Need:

4 Tilapia Fillets

4 teaspoons capers with their juice

4 teaspoons sliced kalamata olives

2 red or orange sweet peppers, sliced

2 teaspoons thyme

drizzle of olive oil

juice of 1 lemon

What You Do With the Stuff:

  1. Place tilapia in a baking dish.
  2. Top with remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

    Thanks for sharing, I always lack ideas on how to do fish differently. All the family love capers and olives so will definitely be giving this a try soon!
