In case you’ve been away for a bit, I’ll fill you in on the nitty-gritty details. I’m on an amazing blog tour with Club House Recipe Mixes! So far we’ve done Caribbean Pot Roast and Yorkshire Pudding. Now for yummy Creamy Chicken Parmesan Spaghettini! Okay, so the packet said Penne, but when have I ever been one to follow directions to a tee?!
This recipe was seriously done in about 15 minutes, start to finish. Super easy, super yummy! I even took the leftovers, put them in a casserole dish and grated cheese over the top so I could serve it as a baked pasta as leftovers. Club House just makes everything that much simpler! And yet, there isn’t anything simple about the amazing flavour!
