I received the most amazing package from Club House the other day! A box, FULL of sumptuous Club House Recipe Mixes! To say I was excited would be just a wee bit of an understatement! There were marinades, pasta seasonings, family favourites, slow-cooker mixes, gravies, and even Yorkshire Pudding!
I’ve always loved Club House Recipe Mixes, but there was some surprises in here! I didn’t realize they had international flair like Butter Chicken or Orange Ginger Beef Stir Fry. And I didn’t know there were seasonings for slow cooker meals! Where to start? That was easy! The best of both worlds: a walk in the West Indies with a wonderful Caribbean Pot Roast! It was perfect for this truly fall-like day!
I love the fact that all the veggies cook with the meat. And it makes its own sauce! What else could you want?
But you can’t just have a pot roast! The Yorkshire Pudding was calling my name! I know it’s traditionally served with an oven roast, but I couldn’t resist! Perfect little clouds of egg-y yumminess! Just what I needed to sop up my roast sauce!
I feel like I’ve walked into a new adventure. I’m looking forward to cooking with Club House this month, and taking you along on the journey! Enjoy the wholesome meals that take just minutes to put together! Many of their mixes now come 25% less salt Gravy Mixes and Flavourful Recipe Mixes with no trans fat, no artificial colours or flavours and no added MSG.
Check out the recipe section of ClubHouse.ca where you can find the Caribbean Pot Roast and Yorkshire Pudding from this post (amongst many, many others!) Discover how easy it is to cook with Club House! Join in on the discussion on Twitter using the hashtag: #ClubHouseRecipeMix
