There are specific steps for winning a science fair. These steps include conducting background research, selecting a topic and following the steps in the scientific method.
To win a science fair you have to offer judges specific science fair project components. These components include an interesting topic, a well designed experiment, a written report and a visual display.
Failing to complete any of the steps in a science fair project can lead to project disqualification and low scores.
Science fair projects are complex, but breaking them down into steps makes them more manageable. The steps allow you to tackle one element of your project at a time.
Breaking a science fair project down into steps also allows you to budget your time more effectively. This is because you can schedule due dates for specific elements of your project.
The step strategy to science fair project completion also helps you to organize your science journal, your data and your research. Each step will contain specific pieces of information.

What a confidence bolster it would be for those in the younger crowd to win at a Science fair. There’s a stigma of sorts attached to Science and Math…so those winning prizes in either area seem to be deemed instantly as ‘smart.’ Not a bad label to carry, huh? :)
Awesome! My daughter will definately need this chart this year. 7th grade. Thanks!
