Choosing a Baby Carrier #Parenting

How do you choose the perfect baby carrier for your little one? One of the first places I look is BabyCarriers.com They are the leading experts in all ways to carry your bundle of joy, so why would you venture any further? From slings to wraps, back carriers to mai tai types, this site has them all!

As your poppet grows, you will likely find yourself switching they type of carrier you use.
I know with Poppet, I started out with a sturdy Mai Tai type carrier. It provided her the privacy to nurse and sleep while being close to me. There was nothing between her and I. The design places baby directly against the person they are attached to. The supporting material is all behind baby, and cradles them into the one carrying them.

As Poppet grew, her needs in a carrier (as well as my own) grew too. We transitioned to a wrap style carrier, and finally into an adjustable sling. This worked the best for us, still providing privacy for nursing. But I was also able to carry her kangaroo style, cradle style, on my hip or back. There is just a lot more versatility for us at the toddler stage with a sling. I started using mine when Poppet was 4 months old. We went on a trip to Barbados and I wanted a safe way to go in the ocean with her. This was our solution, and we haven’t looked back since!

There are many things you can worry about as a parent, (you can see this just by visiting the Baby Care Blog). Why not scratch one of them off the list in picking the carrier that is best for you!

Warmest regards,

I agree. babycarriers.com is where I go to when looking to purchase baby carriers for my future mom friends. I remember having requested a friend purchase the one I want as a baby shower gift.
