Who doesn’t love a noodle bowl? But have you taken a moment to read the ingredients? Poppet loves pasta, and so I wanted to share this experience with her, so I made my own version for our lunch this past week and was thrilled with the result. Total time involved, oh – around 5 minutes!
I find my instant noodles in the dollar store of all places. They are just like ramen noodles, but the only ingredients are flour and egg.
What you’ll need:
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup frozen carrot, broccoli and cauliflower mix
1/2 pound instant noodles
lime wedges and hoisin sauce if desired when served
What you do with the stuff:
Pour the broth into a saucepan. Add the veggies. When it comes to a boil toss in the noodles and cook a few minutes until noodles are soft. Serve with a spritz of lime juice and a dash of hoisin sauce if desired.
Enjoy!
Warmest regard,

It really is!
That looks so easy! I was just griping today about how sick I am of eating the same ol’ stuff everyday, but I need something easy to make! I’ll have to give this a try!
This looks good, and easy, thanks for sharing.
