I have also received that call…8 years ago, from my mother about my father. It was not unexpected entirely, but still shook me hard.

I still find it hard to think and talk about, but I understand his actions.

Thank you for sharing your feelings, I’ve not found many people who have been affected by suicide who are willing to.

The aftermath of “the phonecall” that sends your sky crashing down around you, seems to be exactly the same for everyone who is bereaved by suicide. I know, as I have been where you were too x

Thanks for sharing this. Â It’s difficult to understand why people kill themselves. Â There must be some immense pain they’re dealing with.
