What You Need:
2 chicken breasts
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
veggies (any you have on hand)
2/3 cup broth
3 Tablespoons oyster sauce
2 Tablespoons corn starch
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
What You Do With the Stuff:
- Cut up chicken and veggies and set aside. Make sure to do this first as stir fry does not take very long to cook.
- Heat oil in large heavy bottomed, high sided fry pan (cast iron works great!)
- Fry chicken in sesame oil on medium heat, until browned and cooked through.
- Add harder veggies with 1/4 cup of broth and continue to cook until slightly softened.
- Add softer veggies and stir fry briefly.
- Mix together remaining broth, oyster sauce, cornstarch, honey, soy sauce, vinegar and salt. Add to stir fry and stir until thickened.
- Serve over hot rice.
